Ingredients:
Mutton- 750 gram
- Onion- 6 medium size
- Big cardamom- 2
- Small cardamom-3
- Cloves- 4
- Kasmiri Red chilly- 1 ½ Tb spoon
- Red chilly- ½ Tb spoon
- Coriander powder- 2 Tb spoon
- Turmeric powder- 1 ½ Tb spoon
- Cumin- 1 Tb spoon
- Cumin powder- 1 Tb spoon
- Mutton masala- 2 Tb spoon
- Garlic paste- 4 Tb spoon
STEP-1
Take a raw mutton, In a pressure cooker, heat mustard oil add 2 big cardamom, cumin, and bay leaf for pampering cook till fragrant (2minutes).
STEP-2
Add chopped onion and fry till it turns transparent (10 minutes)
STEP-3
Add raw mutton and fry along with onion and after that add whole species.
STEP-4
Make a fine paste of garlic, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon and add into it. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
STEP-5
Make a 3 whistle in high to medium flame and turn it off the gas. Open the lid after that add mutton masala and boil It for 2 minutes and turn off the flame. Add 1 cup of curd and mix it well
STEP-6
Garnish with coriander and enjoy the meal with steamed rice or tandoori roti !
