Today we are going to make a classic Indian dish that combines boiled eggs with a flavorful curry sauce. highly nutritious food, especially for children as it is loaded with proteins, calcium, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals which is much needed for healthy growth.
The story of egg curry masala began in Awadh, a region known for its rich food traditions. This dish has originated from a chef’s culinary experiment. where we must boil the egg and fried it until golden brown.
Let us start making egg curry!
Ingredients: –
Eggs -6
Oil- 3 Tb spoon
Onions chopped- 2
Tomatoes-2
Green chillis- 4 or 5
Garlic- 1 tb spoon
Ginger- ½ spoon
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Cumin- ½ spoon + ½ spoon for masala
Black pepper- ½ spoon
Cardamom- 2
Cloves- 5
Instructions: –
First, we need to boil the egg for 25-30 mins properly and peeled it off.

In a wok add 1 tb spoon mustard oil adds little bit salt and turmeric then add boiled egg and fried it until golden brown.

- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, and black chilly in a bowl. Mix turmeric, red chilly, coriander powder in the same paste and add some more water. Mix the paste well with the help of a spoon and keep it aside for some time.


- In same wok add 2 Tb spoon oil then add cumin bay leaf and onion. Add salt and the paste which we have prepared.


- Fry the spices well in a medium to low flame for 10-15 minutes and then add tomato paste and fry it well for 5-10 minutes till the oil starts coming out of the spices.
- Add 2 ½ cup of water and when it boils then add boiled egg.

- Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy the meal with pulav and chapati along with onion salad.
