Love the Korma, especially that wedding style that you Punjab, india.
Ingredients:
- Chicken 750 gram (curry pieces)
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tb spoon ghee (or oil)
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ dried fenu Greek leaf (kasuri methi)
- ½ Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt
- Quorma masala powder
- 2 tb spoon Ginger paste
- 2tb spoon Garlic paste
- 2 green chilies (crushed)
- 2/3 cup yogurt
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup fried onion (crushed) (or 1 onion fried)
- 2/3 cup milk (or double cream or make half both)
- 1 ½ korma masala spices packet
STEP-1
Fry chicken till half cooked, set aside. Set some coriander, ginger, and cream aside for garnish.
STEP-2
In a large pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add whole spices, cook till fragrant (2 mins), add ginger and garlic paste and crushed green chilies and saute till browned.
STEP-3
Add crushed tomatos, yogurt and salt, chilly powder, and turmeric, cook for few minutes until fragrant.
STEP-4
Add crushed fried onion and korma masala. Cook out for 5 minutes. Add milk, then cook out till oil separates, about 8-10 minutes.
STEP- 5
Add fried chicken and dried fenugreek leaves, simmer on low till cooked through about 15 minutes.

Garnish with cream and coriander and Enjoy !
