Ingredients: –

  • Chopped Cabbage- 1 cup
  • Chopped Carrot- ½ cup
  • Chopped Onion- 1cup
  • Chopped Garlic- 2 Tb spoon (chopped)
  • Chopped Ginger- 2 Tb spoon (Chopped)
  • Chopped Capsicum- ½ cup
  • Chopped Coriander leaves- 1 cup
  • Chopped Green chilly- 2 tb spoon
  • Salt- 1 Spoon
  • Red chilly sauce- 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce- 1 tsp
  • Purpose flour- ½ cup
  • Corn flour- ¼ cup
  • Oil- 2 cup for deep fry
  • Chopped spring onion & Juliene onion- ½ cup
  • Vinegar- 1Tb spoon

Instructions: –

  • First we need to chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, ginger, garlic and chilly and coriander) then squeeze well to the mixture.
  • Add corn flour, purpose flour and salt, sauce, black pepper powder, and mix them well. After that make a small balls and deep fry the Manchurian balls slow to medium flame.
  • Now we take a separate pan add 1Tb spoon oil add garlic, ginger green chilli, chopped onion, capsicum red sauce, soy sauce, vinegar
  • In a separate bowl we add 1 cup water add soy & tomato sauce and mix them after that add into the same pan, stir well.
  • Now we add Manchurian balls into the pan and mix well.
  • Add some roughly chopped onion and spring onion and mix it.

Now serve it in a bowl and enjoy the hot dry Manchurian balls!
