Ingredients: –
Chopped Cabbage- 1 cup
Chopped Carrot- ½ cup
Chopped Onion- 1cup
Chopped Garlic- 2 Tb spoon (chopped)
Chopped Ginger- 2 Tb spoon (Chopped)
Chopped Capsicum- ½ cup
Chopped Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Chopped Green chilly- 2 tb spoon
Salt- 1 Spoon
Red chilly sauce- 1 tsp
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Purpose flour- ½ cup
Corn flour- ¼ cup
Oil- 2 cup for deep fry
Chopped spring onion & Juliene onion- ½ cup
Vinegar- 1Tb spoon
Instructions: –
First we need to chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, ginger, garlic and chilly and coriander) then squeeze well to the mixture.
Add corn flour, purpose flour and salt, sauce, black pepper powder, and mix them well. After that make a small balls and deep fry the Manchurian balls slow to medium flame.
Now we take a separate pan add 1Tb spoon oil add garlic, ginger green chilli, chopped onion, capsicum red sauce, soy sauce, vinegar
In a separate bowl we add 1 cup water add soy & tomato sauce and mix them after that add into the same pan, stir well.
Now we add Manchurian balls into the pan and mix well.
Add some roughly chopped onion and spring onion and mix it.
Now serve it in a bowl and enjoy the hot dry Manchurian balls!
