In a wok we need to add oil. For seasoning we will add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, dry red chilly, after that we will add all the chopped vegies and stir gently next 10-12 mins in a slow to medium flame.
Once the whole chopped vegies and species get semi cooked then we need to grind it and make a fine paste. Make sure not forget to extract “big cardamom”.
Now in a wok for seasoning we add bay leaf, cumin and then add grinded paste and cooked it low to medium flame. After 5-6 mins add peas and cook low to medium flame till peas are getting soft.
Add paneer and then add cashew paste so it will give you rich and creamy texture. Now we will add freshly chopped coriander leaves and add fresh cream, stir it and turn off the flame.
